Algılanan Gelecekteki İstihdam Edilebilirliğin Algılanan Stres Üzerine Etkisinde Akademik Öz Yeterliliğin Aracılık Rolü

Özet

Yükseköğretim öğrencilerine odaklanan bu çalışmanın amacı, öğrencilerin algılanan stres ile gelecekteki algılanan istihdam edilebilirlik ve akademik öz yeterlilik arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmaya, üniversitede sağlık programlarında öğrenim gören 537 öğrenci katılmayı kabul etmiştir. Öğrenciler, algılanan istihdam edilebilirlik, akademik öz yeterlilik ve algılanan stres ile ifadelere online anket yöntemi ile yanıt alınmıştır. Öğrencilerin gelecekteki istihdam edilebilirlik ile algılanan stres ve akademik öz yeterlilik ilişkisini değerlendirmek için SPSS ve yol analizi için SPSS AMOS ve SPSS Process Macro istatistik programı kullanılmıştır. Algılanan gelecekteki istihdam edilebilirlik değişkeninin ve algılanan stres değişkenleri ile negatif anlamlı ilişki olduğu, akademik öz yeterlilik arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki olduğu; algılanan gelecekteki istihdam edilebilirlik ve akademik öz yeterlilik arasında negatif yönlü ilişkinin olduğu görülmüştür. Aynı zamanda, algılanan istihdam edilebilirliğin algılanan stresin üzerindeki etkisinde akademik öz yeterliliğin edilebilirliğin aracı rolü olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Üniversite öğrencilerinin mezuniyet sonrası istihdamın stres kaynağı olabileceği ve üniversite eğitiminde öz yeterliğe etki edebileceğinden istihdam olanaklarının yeniden gözden geçirilmesi önemli olabilecektir.
