Increasing world population leads to changes in organizations and highlights the concept of solidarity. Modern organizations need a strong culture of solidarity and cooperation for sustainable success. This study aims to analyze the functioning and impacts of professional solidarity in modern organizations. The results can provide insights into strategic management, human resources policies, and leadership approaches. Solidarity is critical for success in modern organizations and has positive
effects on employee performance and organizational continuity. However, individual and team goals may be misaligned, in which case managers should promote cooperation. There can also be negative aspects of solidarity; strong groups may find it difficult to connect with other groups. The importance of solidarity is particularly emphasized in natural disasters, and in the health and education sectors. Collegial solidarity is an
approach that encourages individuals to cooperate. A decrease in workplace solidarity makes it difficult for societies to cope with crises. Professional solidarity strengthens organizational performance and employee commitment. Therefore, organizations should develop policies and leadership approaches that promote solidarity.
