1. Editorial Responsibility

The Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editors are responsible for ensuring the academic quality, integrity, and ethical standards of all content published in the Journal of Organizational Behavior Studies. Editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly merit, originality, relevance to the journal’s scope, and compliance with ethical standards.

Editors evaluate manuscripts without discrimination based on authors’ gender, nationality, institutional affiliation, political views, or personal characteristics.

2. Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a double-blind peer review process.
