İŞYERİ ZORBALIĞININ ÜRETKENLİK KARŞITI İŞ DAVRANIŞI ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ: MARDAN'DA BANKACILIK ÇALIŞANLARININ AMPİRİK BİR ÇALIŞMA

Özet

Günümüzde işyerinde zorbalık, kurumsal ortamda ciddi ve çok önemli bir sorundur. Şirkette çalışma arkadaşlarının ve yöneticilerin çalışanlarına yönelik sapkın tutumlarının artması, çalışanların sapkın davranışlarının gelişimini etkileyen CWB (üretken olmayan iş davranışı) olarak sadece şirketin verimliliğini ve performansını bozmakla kalmaz, aynı zamanda çalışanların psikolojik ve fizyolojik sağlığını da etkiler. Ayrıca, şirketteki çalışanların devir oranını da arttırır. Bu nedenle, işyerinde zorbalık (WB) ile verimsiz iş davranışı (CWB) arasındaki ilişkiyi bulmak için tanımlayıcı istatistikler ve çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizleri kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırma için veriler KPK Mardan bankalarının 125 çalışanından toplanmıştır.  Analiz sonuçları WB (işyeri zorbalığı) ve CWB (üretken olmayan iş davranışı) arasında pozitif bir ilişki olduğunu görülmüştür.
