Author Guidelines

The Journal of Organizational Behavior Studies publishes original, high-quality research articles that contribute to the field of organizational behavior and related disciplines.

1. Scope and Originality

Submitted manuscripts must:

Fall within the scope of the journal

Present original research or original theoretical contributions

Not have been previously published or submitted elsewhere

Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for review.

2. Language

The journal accepts manuscripts written in English or Turkish.

All manuscripts must include an English title, abstract, and keywords, regardless of the main language.

Authors are responsible for the linguistic accuracy of their manuscripts.

3. Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically via the journal’s online submission system.

During submission, authors are required to:

Upload the manuscript file

Provide complete author information

Declare any conflicts of interest

All submissions must comply with the journal’s ethical and formatting requirements.

4. Peer Review

All submitted manuscripts are subject to a double-blind peer review process.

Author identities are removed from the manuscript file before review

Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers

Editorial decisions are based on reviewers’ reports and academic merit

5. Ethical Responsibilities

Authors must adhere to the principles outlined in the journal’s Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement.

In particular, authors must ensure that:

There is no plagiarism, data fabrication, or falsification

All authors have significantly contributed to the study

Failure to comply with ethical standards may result in rejection or retraction.

6. Authorship

Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made a substantial contribution to:

Drafting or revising the manuscript

All authors must approve the final version of the manuscript prior to submission.

7. Conflict of Interest

8. Copyright and Open Access

The journal provides open access to all published content.

Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication.

10. Final Decision

Accepted manuscripts are scheduled for publication in the next available issue.
