Entrepreneurial Fear of Failure Scale: Validity And Reliability Study in Turkish

This study includes the Turkish validity and reliability study of the Entrepreneurial Fear of Failure Scale, which consists of 18 items and 6 dimensions. The research was conducted with 242 individuals employed in the IT sector in Türkiye, analyzing their levels of fear of failure in entrepreneurship based on gender, educational attainment, and field of expertise, Professional experience, and work style. The findings indicated that the dimension with the highest level of fear of failure was social reputation, whereas the dimension with the lowest level was opportunity costs. The analyses confirmed the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the scale. The study's findings were evaluated, and recommendations for future research were proposed.
